I think it can't be argued that artists work, at times, with similar themes even though they might not be in the same country. This was evident when I saw the works of both Barak Reiser and Gianluca Maver. I first met Barak Reiser (ISR/D) in 2003, in Frankfurt am Main and Gianluca Maver (I) later in 2004 in Bulgaria. At the time of meeting them, we were all photographing at night in various ways. After talking with them independently, I suggested that we meet and collaborate with the eventual goal of having an exhibition together.

Our first exhibition in 2005, titled "Waiting for the Dial Tone.", took place at Heimspiel Gallery in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. There were 4 different groupings of images and each group was a combination of all of our images together. Not being interested in discerning who's work was who's; we found it more compelling to present the work as a collective whole.
A small limited edition catalogue, including 3 original C-Prints along with text written by the then Photo - Editor from the Frankfurter Runschau, Ute Noll, was produced for the exhibition.

Our second exhibition, titled, "They Looked on While it Happened.", took place from 2 March - 8 April, 2007, at Galleri Image, in Aarhus, Denmark, and we used the same method of working; assembling our works into a narrative sequence concentrating on the themes we were exploring in the grouping of images.
